During a recent trip to Bombay To Barcelona — The Library Café, located in a charming area in Mumbai’s Andheri district. A destination for foodies and bookworms alike.
The café is a social project run by former street kids, an alien concept. The staff is friendly, which adds to the café’s ambience. If asked, the staff will also recommend food.
The décor conveys a sense of homeliness and warmth, and it’s a sight to see for book enthusiasts.
The cuisine is a fusion of Indian, continental, and Spanish specialties. A pocket friendly place with a variety of dishes to try from.
I definitely recommend visiting this café at least once! They strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
I spoke with one of the employees, who stated that he enjoys working here. He previously worked as an office boy. All of this is new to him, but he is learning and his coworkers are encouraging. He claims to have found a new home in this cafe.
About the Café:

The name comes from the dream that Amin had seen and was completed when he flew his trip from Bombay to Barcelona. He is also an author of a book Life is Life, I am Because of You whose finance helped him to build his dream project this cafe which is truly inspiring and heartwarming.
Food You Must Try
Veg Pizza (INR 400)
The pizza is a blend of healthy and appetizing which comes with a hard crust. It is a huge portion and can be shared within 2–3 depending on the appetite.
Chicken Burger (INR 400)
You must try the Chicken Burger. The chicken was perfectly crispy and tender, and it tasted exactly like a classic. The burger was fresh and delicious, and it came with perfectly cooked fries.
Chikoo Milkshake (INR 200)
I am glad I went for the Chikoo Milkshake which is unusual of me, one of the best milkshakes I have had in recent times.
Carrot Cake (INR 180)
A sweet ending to the meal was the carrot cake, it was warm and moist. They do provide the option to you with or without Carmel.
